Hi! I'm Christy Stewart, co-owner and lead artist at Refinery 208 Salon. I started CRS Hair Design several years ago when I was on my own in my little itty bitty salon suite. A lot has changed since then! I have been in the beauty industry for over 15 years and I am just as passionate about hair now as I have ever been. From custom color to Hand Tied Hair extensions I strive to help each of my clients feel beautiful. Your hair is the crown you never take off!
My journey to becoming a hairstylist started later than most. I was a dance teacher and certified yoga instructor for 10+ years before enrolling in cosmetology school. I was obsessed with hair at a young age. My barbies always had crazy hair! When I was eight, I told a family friend I wanted to be a dancing hairdresser when I grew up. I did just that! I have always loved color and made it a focus of mine until I was introduced to Natural Beaded Rows. Since then, I have been perfecting my skills and offering clients the hair of their dreams!
My vision for all of my clients is and always has been to create the best look for them and their lifestyle. I strive to have my clients leaving my salon with the hair of their dreams. Using custom color and or Natural Beaded Rows to achieve their most desired look is my number one goal. I love what I do and I cannot wait to make your hair dreams come true!
